How do I return or exchange my order?
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email us at support@sanadetroit.com with your order number and the reason for your request. You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to submit a return or exchange. Please note that all drop items are final sale.
Each order is eligible for one complimentary exchange, and returns are subject to a $7 return fee. Original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. The item must not be worn, washed, or damaged in any way.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at Support@SanaDetroit.com. We hope you’re fully satisfied with your order — but if not, we’re here to help.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes — all drop-based items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us at Support@SanaDetroit.com.
How do I send my return?
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
How long do I have to return my order?
All items are subject to 14 days after receiving your item. Drop based items and officially licensed garments are NOT refundable.
How do I request an exchange?
The fastest way to start an exchange is by emailing us at Support@SanaDetroit.com. We’ll help you get what you need as quickly as possible.
Is there a fee for returns or exchanges?

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at Support@SanaDetroit.com.
Received the wrong or damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@sanadetroit.com within 14 days so we can address the issue.

Do I have to create an account?
No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. How do I change my account password?
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link.
