RETURN & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email us at support@sanadetroit.com with your order number and the reason for your request. You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to submit a return or exchange.
Please note that all drop items are final sale. Each order is eligible for one complimentary exchange, and returns are subject to a $7 return fee. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at Support@SanaDetroit.com.
