RETURN & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email us at support@sanadetroit.com with your order number and the reason for your request. You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to submit a return or exchange. Please note that all drop items are final sale.
Each order is eligible for one complimentary exchange, and returns are subject to a $7 return fee. Original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. The item must not be worn, washed, or damaged in any way.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at Support@SanaDetroit.com.
